We have built this journey in multiple steps, around a unique tasting menu at the price of 81 euros, with flavors and textures that bridge the distance between Paris and Jerusalem. This menu adapts to your restrictions and allergies to maintain a personal experience under the guise of complete unencumbered pleasure.

Starting at 12:00pm, to serve as a breather in your day, our single service lunch experience lasts for a minimum of 90 minutes.

In a couple of hours, a couple of days, or a couple of weeks, we will be inviting you into Shabour, for a lunch full of discoveries, purpose, and flavor.
